This role goes beyond traditional resume screening—it requires someone who can think critically about businesses, competitors, and alternative talent profiles toidentifyhigh-quality candidates.The ideal candidate is confident, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how different businessesoperate. You will play a key role inidentifyingtalent through creative research strategies and supporting the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through agreement execution.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Research & SourcingConductin-depth researchtoidentifyqualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, company websites, and other online resourcesThink beyond standard job titles (e.g.,identifyingalternative titles or adjacent roles whensourcing forpositions such as Controller, Finance Manager, etc.)Researchcompetitor companiesand related industries to uncover hidden talent poolsSupportheadhuntingeffortsthrough outbound messaging and targeted outreach campaignsRecruiting & Outreach SupportDraft and postjob advertisementsand sourcing messagesConduct initial candidate outreach and follow-upsInvestigate candidate backgrounds and career paths to assess alignmentMaintainaccuratecandidate records and research notesAgreements & Administrative SupportPrepare and send agreements usingDocuSignTrack agreement status and follow up as neededSupport compliance and documentation throughout the recruitment processMarketing & CRM SupportUpdate and manage candidate and company data inHubSpotAssistwith light recruitment marketing efforts (campaign tracking, messaging optimization)Support sourcing campaigns with data and insights from researchCore Skills & CompetenciesStrongresearch and investigative skillswith the ability to connect non-obvious data pointsUnderstanding of how businessesoperateand how roles fit within organizationsConfidence in outreach and professional communicationAbility to think creatively andoutside the boxStrong written English skillsOrganized, detail-oriented, and process-drivenComfortable working independently and managing multiple research streamsQualificationsMinimum of 2years of experience inrecruiting, sourcing, research, or lead generationUS Recruitment/Sourcing experience (required)Exposure toheadhuntingor outbound recruitingpreferredExperience withDocuSignandCRM systems(HubSpot preferred)Interest in business, markets, and competitive researchWillingness to learn new industries, roles, and recruiting strategiesAbility to conduct interviews (nice to have)This is a full time roleUp to $7/hr100% Remote#J-18808-Ljbffr
