Serve as an expert in the field of all-source intelligence analysis. The TTA is expected to positively support a blended government and contractor team environment through excellent verbal and written communications skills.\n\nThis position requires the candidate to meet specific Security Clearance obligations to work onsite in McLean, VA. Relocation assistance is not available.\n\nWhat you will do:\n\nConduct data research and analysis leveraging customer targeting tools to facilitate operations.\nDesign and tailor products/deliverables based on needs and deadlines for both tactical and strategic requests.\nMentor new targeters on projects/workflows/tools.\nTest new solutions to meet targeting needs.\nDesign new tools data scientists build for targeters.\n\nRequired Qualifications/Education:\n\nClearance: Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph\nU.S. Citizenship required (NO EXCEPTIONS)\nBachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, or 4 additional years of relevant technical experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.\nMin 12 years with BS/BA.\n11+ years of experience working in three or more of the following: analysis, network engineering, network security, offensive experience, technical collection, penetration testing, red teaming, hardware engineering, software reverse engineering, and computer exploitation.\n7+ cumulative years of experience collection capabilities and dissemination systems.\nExperience analyzing current and emerging intelligence issues, and creating intelligence reports.\nDemonstrated organizational skills and the willingness and ability to adapt to dynamic and unexpected customer requirements.\nExperience leveraging targeting tools and databases to address technical gaps and challenges.\nSignificant experience developing requirements, actioning those requirements, and producing written results, all of which require the ability to professionally conduct substantial outreach, coordination, and deconfliction with organizational stakeholders.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining effective relationships across the IC.\n\nNice to Have Qualifications:\n\nDemonstrated experience with IC technical targeting tools;\nExperience leading multi-disciplinary teams within the customer space;\nKnowledge of telecommunications topics of interest to the IC\nExperience across multiple INTs; demonstrated knowledge of microelectronics and semiconductors; foreign language proficiency in speaking, reading and/or listening.\nExperience with tools such as TDNA, DNEA, CNDA, EA.\nAbility to generate tech targeting leads with experience in AI/ML, High Processing Computing, and Semiconductors.\nDesire and willingness to travel CONUS/OCONUS.\n\nRCS is an equal employment opportunity employer.
