Drive a culture of safety and sustainability across operations.\n\nEssential Functions:\n\nImplement and maintain MEHS policies, procedures, and programs.\nConduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.\nProvide training and guidance to employees on MEHS requirements.\nEnsure compliance with regulatory and corporate standards.\nSupport sustainability and waste reduction initiatives.\nProvide supervision to EHS technicians through support, guidelines, teamwork and development.\nQualifications:\n\nBasic qualifications:\n\nBachelor’s degree in environmental, safety, engineering, or related field.\nMinimum 5+ years of experience in EHS position or related field and supervisory experience. Preferable experience in a diverse manufacturing environment.\nExperience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems.\nKnowledge of OSHA, EPA, and local regulations.\nBilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.\nStrong computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office.\n\nPreferred:\n\nMasters in science and/or environmental engineering and wastewater\nWastewater Operator IV License\nProfessional certifications (e.g., CSP, ASP, CIH).\nStrong communication and leadership skills.\nAdditional Information:\n\nTravel less than 25%\n\nFlexible work solutions on site\n\nWe are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for job applicants and employees.
