Commercial Electrical Foreman

This role reports directly to the Project Manager and ensures projects stay on schedule, within budget, and up to safety codes.Requirements:Minimum 5 years running commercial projects valued at $500k+Active EE-98J licenseKnowledge and application of the National Electrical Code High school diploma or GEDValid driver's licenseMust be willing to travel throughout New Mexico and surrounding statesCore Responsibilities:Read blueprints and develop a project timelineFollow schedules, order materials in advance, xhyhwjd and maximize crew productivityDraft daily project status reports and attend weekly project meetingsCommunicate effectively with other trades on-site to ensure smooth workflowSupervise, mentor, and lead an electrical crew of up to 8 people
