We continue to grow through acquisitions and are in search of driven individuals who desire an opportunity to grow and apply their skills to help us attain our goals.\nJob Summary\nPrimary responsibility is to drive company vehicles to deliver merchandise to customer jobsites and physically unload the materials to the customer’s satisfaction.\nResponsibilities & Duties\nLearn company products, procedures, culture, and customer service philosophy.\nProvide the highest level of customer service to all customers.\nLoad trucks according to the list of materials on the sales invoice.\nOrganize and secure each load.\nResponsible for accuracy of loads and must get all loads verified by yard manager for accuracy prior to leaving yard.\nDelivers and unloads materials to customer’s satisfaction.\nFollow directions and make deliveries on a timely basis.\nMaintain inspection of each vehicle you drive for safe driving.\nRecord delivery information on sales invoice and relay messages from customers on jobsites.\nSafely drive trucks and forklifts obeying all traffic laws, wear seatbelt at all times while driving a company truck or forklift.\nFollow all yard loading and delivery, and yard security procedures.\nAccurately record all merchandise returns on a credit memo.\nListen and work with customers to solve customer complaints.\nHousekeeping in yard and areas assigned to you.\nLoading customer merchandise.\nPerform additional directly related appropriate duties as assigned.\nQualifications & Requirements\nDesire to learn and grow professionally.\nAbility to react quickly to problems and respond to them accurately and professionally.\nAbility to stand/walk for 4 -10 hours daily.\nAbility to operate a computer and calculator.\nHigh School diploma required.\nValid Class A driver’s license, current automobile insurance and a good driving record.\nPhysical strength to lift and carry 70 pounds.\nAbility to stoop, kneel and crouch.\nWage: $20-30 depending on experience\nOnce eligible, you will participate in our ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan), a unique benefit that can provide a financial source for your future/retirement that very few companies offer.
