secure solutions; verify implementation of solutions; advise management on problem correction.\r\nAudit to insure\r\nMaintenance of control quality records, documents and testing equipment.\r\nProper maintenance of nonconformance and corrective action reports.\r\nMaintenance of heat control log for steel products.\r\nRequired documents for outgoing crane manuals; quality control all manuals.\r\nProcess to identify and qualify vendors (ASL).\r\nProper inspection procedures utilized to verify proper tolerance and work performed to create, fabricate and assemble Techcrane products.\r\nAssessment of staff training requirements and create programs to meet career development needs; plan and administer training seminars such as technical skills or safety training; contract vendors for special training services; assess effectiveness of training.\r\nUpkeep and complete qualification questionnaires as required by clients.\r\nExecution and Audit effectiveness of management training.\r\nEnsure that the workplace possesses an ideal and safe work environment to protect the health of the staff and visitors.\r\nInspect and evaluate all equipment, practices and procedures in accordance with safety legislation and government regulations.\r\nDevelop, implement and monitor health and safety policy, programs and plans.\r\nReport all critical emergencies, accidents, staff complaints to the management, and investigate such cause.\r\nSet up emergency plans and educate all employees how to handle such situations.\r\nAct as a liaison with the fire department regarding emergency procedures, communications and fire safety education programs.\r\nIncrease health and safety awareness across all levels and departments of the organization.\r\nConduct safety inspections, health and safety test of the workplace periodically to prevent hazardous work environment.\r\nConduct safety meetings with all staff monthly.\r\nKeep up with all facility management including waste treatment/water, review monthly maintenance records, notify management of issues, maintain files, monitor housekeeping maintenance schedules.\r\nResponsible for ISN site and the update of a item requested by ISN.\r\nResponsible for ensuring the completion of JSA's before each job, a critical lift, or a FAT is performed.\r\nQualifications Must have a high school diploma; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.\r\nAt least 5 years experience in quality control preferred.\r\n4 years experience in management preferred.\r\nKnowledge of welding fundamentals, quality procedures and quality audits.\r\nMust be able to read and understand engineering drawings.\r\nMust be able to properly use monitoring and measuring devices such as tape measures and calipers.\r\nAble to use general computer applications.\r\nPhysical and Mental Demands May spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers.\r\nRegularly required to walk, stand, kneel, bend, squat, stretch, twist or reach with body, arms and/or legs.\r\nUse hands to handle or operate tools and equipment.\r\nAble to see at close range and adjust focus.\r\nMust be able to talk and hear.\r\nMay be required to climb and balance;
