The role involves driving sales strategies, managing customer accounts, training teams, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales plans, cultivating client relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and providing comprehensive training on sales strategies and product offerings. Collaboration and effective communication will be central to success in this position.QualificationsExperience in the Promotional Product Industry on supply side and/or distributor is required.Self Driven, motivated individual who has the desire to scale a service based software product.Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.Proficiency in Sales, with the ability to meet sales targets and develop client accounts.Customer Success is a critical aspect of this role.Analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying market trends and optimizing strategiesAbility to work independently in a remote, dynamic environment
