This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys variety in their week, can work independently, and is willing to step in wherever the team needs support. No two days are exactly the same—and that’s part of what makes it a good role for the right person.\nSchedule\nThis position provides consistent weekly coverage across our locations:\n~2.5 days per week (about 20 hours)\nTypical schedule:\nThursday 9am-5pm (Wasilla Eagle Eye Offices– location varies)\nFriday 9am-5pm (Eagle River – 10880 Mausel St)\nRotating Saturdays (10am–2pm)\nSchedule can be adjusted as needed to cover these same 2.5 days for the right candidate.\nAdditional hours—and occasional full-time weeks—are available to help cover PTO and support the team.\nResponsibilities\nAssist customers in person, over the phone, and online\nRecommend storage solutions based on customer needs\nProcess rentals, payments, and account updates\nMaintain a clean, organized, and professional facility\nMonitor property activity and uphold security standards\nSupport multiple locations and fill in as needed\nQualifications\nStrong customer service and communication skills\nReliable, organized, and self-motivated\nComfortable working independently across locations\nAbility to adapt and problem-solve in real time\nAbility to work full-time when needed is strongly preferred\nReliable transportation required\nSchedule Requirement\nThis position requires availability during the scheduled days listed above.
