This role plays a key part in creating engaging, accessible, and high-performing web experiences while mentoring junior developers and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure digital solutions support business objectives.Responsibilities:• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and integrations for digital platforms.• Implement technical requirements within established timelines while maintaining quality and reliability.• Develop reusable code components to improve efficiency and consistency across websites.• Integrate third-party APIs to expand website functionality and capabilities.• Participate in Scrum and Agile processes, including sprint planning and daily standups.• Mentor junior team members by sharing development best practices and assisting with complex technical tasks.Requirements:• Minimum 5 years of front-end development experience in e-commerce or consumer-facing environments.• Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and related web technologies.• Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Bootstrap, and Vue.• Knowledge of web accessibility standards, including ADA and WCAG.• Familiarity with website integrations, APIs, and widgets.• Experience with content management systems and Agile development methodologies.• Demonstrated commitment to mentoring, knowledge sharing, and cross-functional collaboration.• Diploma or equivalent education in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Salary range: $96,600–$130,400 annually, depending on location, skills, experience, and education.Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
