This role is not theoretical or purely supervisory—you must be highly fluent in day-to-day construction accounting workflows, billing mechanics, and cash flow management tied to active projects.\n\nThis position owns the financial backbone of construction operations: pay apps, AIA billing, WIP, retainage, collections, and lien compliance.
