Lead architectural design sessions and translate business requirements into scalable, well-structured Power Platform solutions\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nImplement robust data models, relationships, and business rule using Dataverse and other connected data sources\nBuild custom connectors, integrate external systems, and optimize API-based integrations across the M365 and Azure ecosystems.\nDevelop and deploy Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) controls and other extensibility components using JavaScript/TypeScript.\nEstablish and enforce Power Platform governance, including environment strategy, ALM processes, and security best practices.\nManage solution lifecycle through source control, DevOps pipelines, and automated deployment processes.\nPerform code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure high-quality, maintainable solutions.\nLead workshops, discovery sessions, and technical discussions with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.\nProvide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers and citizen developers.\nCollaborate with architects, product owners, and business analysts to refine requirements and shape platform strategy.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and solution diagrams.\nThe position would be located at a government facility in Washington, D.C. and require work to be performed onsite. Any hybrid work schedule would require customer approval. The government has established policies for on-site vs hybrid work which varies across divisions and contracts. Where allowed, remote work must be coordinated with the team lead and/or government POC, ensuring there is zero interruption with the delivery of our services.\n\nThe annual base salary range for this position is $116,000 – $122,000.
