Job Description Seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative who can work fully on site by the Mahwah NJ area. Will be working closely with the sales department regarding status of accounts, deliveries and checking on inventory for products. Seeking someone who has worked in Manufacturing or Distribution with products.Answer inbound callsBuild rapports to establish potential client relationshipsTimely follow up with Sales Representatives requests or customer requestsAbility to communicate with customers and Sales ForceAnswer incoming texts, chats and emails on a timely basisStrong computer skills, preferably strong Excel skills
