Success is defined by strong client engagement, increased consistency and scalability, and owning larger accounts with confident stakeholder communication. The role delivers positive impact on delivery timelines and overall quality through process efficiencies and continuous improvement.\r\nMUST Haves\r\n(7+) years of experience in quantitative market research surveys focusing on data processing, analysis, and visualization.\r\nProficiency in understanding and manipulating raw survey data.\r\nAbility to translate client research questions into clear data tables, charts, and dashboards.\r\nDemonstrated ability to manage project workstreams and meet client objectives in time-sensitive environments.\r\nStrong autonomy and ownership mindset; able to lead larger, more complex projects.\r\nExcellent teamwork skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.\r\nEffective communication skills, both verbal and written.\r\nStrong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and adaptability.\r\nProactive in learning and applying new ideas and techniques.\r\nNice to Haves\r\nBachelor's degree in a relevant field.\r\nExperience with Forsta Visualization (Dapresy) and other survey data analysis tools like SPSS, Q/DisplayR, Crunch.IO.\r\nFamiliarity with survey programming platforms such as Decipher, Qualtrics, Ask Suzy.\r\nSome knowledge of generative AI technologies, such as ChatGPT.\r\nPay Transparency\r\nThe anticipated base salary range for this position is $90,000 to $105,000.
