The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain operating room for surgical procedures. Monitor the patient’s physiological and emotional well-being throughout the surgical process. Assist with instrument counts prior to surgery to ensure all needed items are available. Direct and coordinate room personnel and surgical teams in preparing for procedures. Maintain sterile field and monitor for breaks in aseptic technique during the procedure. Perform post-operative assessments and assist in recovery room as necessary.QualificationsCurrent and valid state RN license. Minimum of one year CVOR experience required. BLS certification required, ACLS certification preferred. Strong critical thinking and assessment skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
