This role facilitates communication between engineering, sales, finance, and operations while maintaining documentation, tracking quoting activity, and supporting order processing and invoicing.\n\nJob Responsibilities:\nCoordinate RFQ review, cost model development, and quote approval processes.\nMaintain quote tracking and documentation within internal systems.\nSupport communication of awarded, lost, or inactive quotes to internal teams.\nCoordinate new program launches including documentation, project numbers, and part releases.\nAssist Program Managers with project tracking, customer requests, and change management activities.\nSupport tooling and project invoicing by gathering required documentation and coordinating with finance and engineering teams.\nTrack project and quote status, providing updates during internal meetings.\nAssist with order entry, pricing updates, and EDI order issue resolution.\nMaintain accurate records and documentation related to quoting, program launches, and customer orders.\nEnsure customer requirements are met through supporting cross-functional groups internally to support customer success.\n\nEducation, Skills and Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.\n10+ years of sales experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.\n5+ years in a sales leadership role.\n\nLicense, Certification or Special Requirements:\nNone required.\n\nWork Environment and Physical Demands:\nThe work environment and physical demands described here are representative of those that an employee will encounter to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
