Summary We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with prior experience as a Regional Nurse, Clinical Manager, or Director of Nursing, to join our team at Certus Healthcare Management. This role is vital in delivering high-quality healthcare services to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being while upholding our mission of family-focused care. In this position you will work with our communities in the Berea, Ohio, Cleveland Ohio and Niles Ohio Areas, focusing on providing support, training, and guidance to our Directors of Nursing and clinical teams in the communities. Additional focus's will be on survey preparation, auditing files, and providing needed support. This position comes with a starting negotiable salary of $115,000.00 annually The typical schedule for this opportunity is Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. Start and end times are flexible based on community need. Requirements RequirementsValid nursing license in the state of Ohio or eligibility for licensure.Experience in acute care or home community care preferred.Strong knowledge of trauma medicine and pain management techniques.Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and families.Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
