The Escrow Officer will manage real estate closings, prepare necessary documentation, and oversee the escrow process to ensure compliance with all legal and procedural requirements. The role requires effective communication with clients and real estate professionals, as well as timely notary services to complete transactions. Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential.QualificationsExperience in Closings and Escrow processes, with a strong understanding of compliance and documentation requirementsProficiency as a Notary with the ability to execute notarized documents efficientlyStrong background in Residential Real Estate, including knowledge of market trends and related protocolsExcellent Customer Service skills with an ability to foster positive relationships and maintain professionalismAbility to work independently, managing timelines and coordinating with multiple parties remotelyBachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferredLicenses or certifications relevant to escrow or notary services are advantageous
