The ideal candidate is equally comfortable mentoring others,\n\nengaging senior stakeholders, and developing, analyzing, and managing detailed project schedules.\n\nPlanning\n\n· Lead integrated planning and scheduling activities across a portfolio of large-scale data center construction\n\nprojects.\n\n· Develop, maintain, and oversee detailed project schedules that accurately reflect project scope, execution\n\nstrategies, milestones, dependencies, constraints, and critical activities.\n\n· Provide hands-on planning and scheduling support for complex and strategically significant projects within the\n\nportfolio.\n\n· Perform schedule analysis, critical path assessments, forecasting, schedule health reviews, and trend analysis to\n\nsupport successful project execution.\n\n· Identify schedule risks, opportunities, and constraints, and work with project teams to develop effective\n\nmitigation and recovery strategies.\n\n· Support contingency planning and schedule risk assessments to improve project predictability and delivery\n\nconfidence.\n\n· Evaluate schedule changes and assess potential impacts to project objectives and key milestones.\n\n· Drive consistency and adoption of planning and scheduling best practices across the region.\n\n· Ensure schedules and forecasts accurately reflect project status, risks, and delivery expectations.\n\n· Develop and maintain portfolio-level visibility into schedule performance, key milestones, and delivery\n\ncommitments.\n\n· Provide timely and accurate reporting on project progress, schedule performance, risks, and forecasted\n\noutcomes.\n\n· Continuously improve planning processes, methodologies, and reporting tools to increase effectiveness and\n\nefficiency.\n\nProject Management\n\n· Lead, mentor, and develop a team of planning and scheduling professionals supporting projects across the\n\nregion.\n\n· Provide technical guidance and coaching on schedule development, forecasting, critical path management, risk\n\nidentification, and schedule optimization.\n\n· Review planning deliverables to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to organizational standards.\n\n· Facilitate planning sessions, schedule reviews, and project discussions to align stakeholders on priorities, risks, and\n\nrecovery strategies.\n\nQualifications\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nBachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in Construction Management, engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development\nOR equivalent experience.\n4+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.\n\nOther Requirements:\nAbility to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:\n\nMicrosoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nBachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in Construction Management, engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development\nOR equivalent experience.\n6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.\n5+ years of experience in planning/scheduling utilizing scheduling software (P6 and MS Project)\n7+ years of experience in design and construction project management.\n7+ years of experience in planning medium sized capital projects ($50MM - $200MM+) in construction, oil, gas or chemicals (or related process industry).\nProven track record of delivering medium-to-large scale construction projects on time and to the satisfaction of clients.\nExcellent understanding of Project Planning.\nDemonstrated skills in project planning software’s Primavera P6 and MS Project.\nStrong familiarity with CPM scheduling methodology\nAbility to analyze EPC plans/schedule and provide deep insights into trends, issues, mitigations\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to self-direct work in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to manage multiple project schedules simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.\nExperience in Datacenter design and construction.\nDeep knowledge of Primavera P6 and other schedule health analysis tools\nStrong experience with Risk Schedule Analysis\nAbility to present data from detailed to high-level depending on audience.\n\n#COICareers and #EPCCareers\n\nTechnical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year.
