You will also be responsible for Customer interaction and communication with the field supervisor and the administrative staffMain Responsibilities Include:Assist with the coordination of refrigeration system repairs, installation, maintenance, and updatesAssist the HVAC Manufacturing Business Unit engineers and Sales departments as requiredMaintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair workWork closely with other Team members and departments to ensure all refrigeration needs are metMust have basic understanding of industrial refrigeration systems, electrical controls, and be proficient in AC/DC, wiring, calibration, and pneumaticsAssist with AC/DC, Electrical Troubleshooting, Pneumatics, Wiring, Calibration, Cooling, and Electrical ControlsProven knowledge of refrigeration systems and their componentsAssist in troubleshooting complex refrigeration issuesEnsure all work is carried out in accordance with Company Policies and Safety StandardsEnsure work is performed in a safe manner using all available safety equipmentAll other related duties as assignedPossess mental faculties consistent with performing the minimum requirements of the jobAdhere and perform all duties aligned with the core values of the LINK Group organization, Can-Do Attitude, Courage, Commitment, Humility and AccountabilityQualifications:HVAC Certification or License preferredMinimum of 2 years of technical service experienceHigh School Diploma or equivalentKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:Strong Customer orientationAbility to learn about new products and featuresAbility to work well in a TeamHigh attention to detail for Customer satisfactionKeep up with new techniques and technologies in the fieldStrong oral, written and interpersonal communication skillsStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsBasic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and computer-based file structuresAbility to use a computerPhysical Requirements: This position is located in a testing environment and will involve hands-on work.
