This role focuses on independent build activities, technical troubleshooting, reporting, and close collaboration with customers and offshore teams to deliver high‐quality SAP Commissions solutions aligned with business requirements.Job Description:Bachelor's degree or Maters Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 10+ Years of relevant experience.You should have Strong hands‐on SAP APM / SAP Commissions technical expertiseShould have experience in SAP Agent Performance Management (APM) / SAP Commissions (Callidus ICM)Strong SAP APM configuration and implementationExperience in Groovy scripting, SQL / PL‐SQL developmentSAP APM data integrations and touchpointsJasper ReportsTechnical documentationDemonstrated ability to work independently in a delivery‐focused technical roleExperience working in fast‐paced, customer‐facing environmentsDetail‐oriented with a focus on data accuracy and documentationStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of identifying and resolving complex billing issues.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
