This role will work closely with the Principal TPM and be responsible for coordinating design activities across engineering firms, developers, construction teams, and internal stakeholders. The position is intended to support the Factory 1 team during its ramp-up phase over the next six months. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Principal TPM in managing design activities and deliverablesCoordinate among engineering firms, developers, construction teams, and internal stakeholdersTrack design schedules, timelines, and project milestonesReview design packages and submissionsEstablish and maintain design standardsTrack design revisions and changesPerform QA/QC reviews on design deliverablesIdentify coordination issues across multiple disciplinesMaintain design change logs and assess downstream impactsEnsure alignment between engineering partners and internal teams Day-to-Day ActivitiesManage design deliverables and schedulesReview and monitor engineering documentationCoordinate communication between multiple teamsTrack project progress and milestonesSupport design and construction planning activities Required Skills (Top Priority) 1. Design Management Experience10+ years of stable professional experienceExperience managing design activities in:Construction projectsIndustrial facility projects2. Stakeholder CoordinationAbility to coordinate between:Engineering firmsDevelopersInternal business stakeholders3.
