Client Concierge
A company is looking for a Client Concierge to enhance client satisfaction and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the initial point of contact for clients, ensuring they understand firm processes and conducting regular check-ins
Serve as a liaison for high-level client escalations, documenting concerns and facilitating resolutions
Identify opportunities for strategic growth by transitioning clients to additional services and offering consultations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
Experience in legal intake, sales, client acquisition, or business development
Proficiency with CRM systems and case management platforms
Knowledge of legal advertising rules and ethical constraints
Ability to manage a high volume of tasks while maintaining professionalism and empathy
