{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"e77f6fff2dffd8b43c8eccc4","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/e77f6fff2dffd8b43c8eccc4","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/e77f6fff2dffd8b43c8eccc4","title":"Facilities Maintenance Technician","description":"Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician\nDuration: 6+ Months (Possible temp to hire)\nLocation: Johns Creek, GA 30097\nOnsite Role\nShift: 6:00am–2:30pm EST\nResponsibilities:\nResponsibilities will include operation, repair, and preventative maintenance of building facilities and equipment; move and installation of equipment; and other related duties.\nProvides technical assistance to engineering to support the facilities.\nAssists engineers in developing methods and procedures to control or improve Facilities processes.\nMonitor controlled environment areas and rooms.\nIncludes performing routine, regular daily checks for temperature, humidity, and static pressure, verifying HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems are working properly and performing routine preventative maintenance on all associated systems such as changing HEPA prefilters and lights.\nMaintain HVAC systems to ensure that indoor environments are comfortable and in compliance with production requirements.\nIncludes making daily rounds of all systems, performing routine maintenance and emergency repairs.
