Early-stage, well-funded, and moving fast.THE ROLEYou'll be the Platform Engineer who owns and scales the infrastructure backbone of their AI product suite. This is a high-ownership, hands-on role working directly with the CTO — not a ticket-taker. You'll build from a solid foundation and take it to the next level.WHAT YOU'LL OWN• AWS infrastructure across multiple environments• CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and release workflows• Observability, monitoring, reliability, and cloud security• Infrastructure as code and internal platform tooling• Backend and service automation (ideally Python)• The scalable foundation the product and team depend onWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR• 6–8 años in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, or SRE• Strong hands-on AWS experience in production environments• Solid grasp of CI/CD, Terraform or CloudFormation, and containers• Deep understanding of IAM, networking, secrets management, and cloud security• Track record of improving developer velocity and platform reliability• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)NICE TO HAVE• Python for scripting or backend support• Kubernetes, ECS, RBAC, audit logging, or governance-heavy environments• Experience supporting multi-surface products (web, desktop, mobile, browser extensions)WHY THIS ROLEYou won't be maintaining someone else's mess.
