to design, develop, and deploy e-learning solutions via web applications Produces high-quality online learning modules integrated with a learning management system Creates content and applies design/graphic principles to educational materials (traditional and blended) Designs and updates e-learning using interactive media, tools, and systems Evaluates and revises materials based on training effectiveness Tests, troubleshoots, updates, and maintains:E-learning Traditional/blended learning solutions Collaborates with:Support staff Customers Technical support teams Ensures functionality between:E-learning materials LMS Intranet/internet systems Assists with:Needs assessments Process development Program evaluation Creates data management tools for continuous improvement Participates in:Customer calls Planning meetings Training sessions Special projects Manages project timelines and deliverables for internal/external clients Designs instructional content and develops interactive learning modules Creates visual elements and performs testing & QA of eLearning courses Collaborates with subject matter experts Minimum Required Skills And AbilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills Strong presentation and interpersonal skills Strong:Organizational Time management Prioritization Planning skills Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Intermediate knowledge of training needs assessment techniques Knowledge of:Media production Communication methods (written, oral, visual) Graphic design skills Video and audio editing experience 🛠️ Required Software and Tools Knowledge of eLearning tools such as:Lectora Articulate Camtasia Adobe Captivate Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.) HTML, SQL,
