We are part of the communities we serve, and this is where new friends become familiar faces.\r\nYour responsibilities as a Server Assistant will include, but are not limited to:\r\nWelcoming every guest with a friendly smile and create a great first impression\r\nManaging the waitlist, reservations, and seating while providing a seamless guest experience\r\nDelivering exceptional hospitality by anticipating guest needs and creating memorable experiences\r\nSupporting dining room service by ensuring tables are fully stocked, refilling drinks, pre-bussing tables, and delivering food\r\nClearing and resetting tables, maintaining a clean dining room, and communicating table readiness to the team\r\nFollowing all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards, including light cleaning or vacuuming of the dining room\r\nWorking as one team, always putting our guests and fellow team members first\r\nWhat it Takes to Succeed (Physical Job Requirements)\r\nMust meet the minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the country you are applying\r\nAbility to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely\r\nAbility to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an entire shift\r\nTeam player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task\r\nThe physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by employees to successfully perform this job.
