This role is essential for driving the development of our frontend infrastructure, critical for supporting our innovative AI-driven healthcare applications\nKey Responsibilities\nYou will own the front-end development for one or more of our products and collaborate with visual/interaction designers, product managers to launch new products, iterate on existing features and build a world-class user experience.\nSystem Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of complex frontend systems to ensure scalability, reliability, and security across all operations within a healthcare environment.\nTechnical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, lead frontend development teams, and contribute to strategic planning to improve frontend systems and practices.\nCollaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists and backend developers, to ensure seamless integration and functionality alignment.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.\nAt least 6 years of experience in frontend development.\nProven track record in designing and implementing high-availability frontend SaaS solutions.\nStrong understanding of system design principles.\nHighly Preferred Qualifications\nStrong experience with open web technologies (HTL5/CSS/JS) to build pixel perfect high performant user interfaces.\nAgile development methodology.
