Slot Technician
The Slot Technician is primarily responsible for the maintenance and repair of various components within slot machines under the guidance of the Slot Tech Manager. All tasks are to be executed following departmental and property policies, practices, and protocols.About the RoleKey Responsibilities: Perform repairs and maintenance on slot machines, encompassing tasks such as handling circuit board assemblies, power supplies, voucher printers, bill validators, and video monitors.ResponsibilitiesAdhere to Company specifications while relocating, installing, and configuring slot machines.Utilize solder stations for the replacement and removal of circuit board components.Troubleshoot and repair slot machines and related systems equipment using digital multi-meters and other testing tools.Execute tasks essential for departmental success.Conduct routine maintenance on all slot machines and associated equipment, including moving, installing, converting, and uninstalling machines.Support operational and marketing divisions of the Slot Department.Manage gaming machine updates, repairs, and maintenance, ensure game performance, uphold game integrity, and accomplish project plan tasks. QualificationsMinimum age requirement: 21 or older.Obtainment of Gaming Registration or eligibility to acquire it.Preference for education and experience in electronic repair.Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor is essential.Basic electronics knowledge and mathematical skills.Familiarity with Title 31 regulations.Ability to move objects up to 50 lbs. using a hand truck, independently or with assistance.At least three years of experience in Slot Technical Repair, including functional familiarity with slot accounting, player tracking, and progressive systems.Proficiency in MS Office is beneficial but not mandatory.
