This role blends deep technical capability with strong business acumen, enabling data-driven decisions across all levels of the organization. The Engineer will own end to end analytics pipelines—from data ingestion and modeling to visualization and self service analytics.\r\nThis position is hybrid/remote, with the ability to commute to Red Oak, TX or Milledgeville, GA as needed.\r\nKey Responsibilities Work with business stakeholders to understand analytical needs, define requirements, and develop BI solutions that support operational and strategic initiatives.\r\nDesign, maintain, and optimize enterprise data models using medallion, star schema, or similar architecture patterns.\r\nBuild and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using platforms such as DBT, SSIS, DAG orchestration tools, or cloud-based data services.\r\nAdminister BI and reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker), including governance, row-level security, workspace management, and deployment pipelines.\r\nDevelop SQL-based integrations, stored procedures, and performance-optimized queries.\r\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, quality, and consistency across internal systems (ERP, WMS, TMS, MES, etc.).\r\nSupport data migrations, integrations (API, EDI, SFTP), and onboarding of new platforms or data sources.\r\nDevelop automated reporting packages and dashboards for internal teams and customer-facing analytics.\r\nIdentify opportunities for automation and process improvement through analytics, scripting, and system integrations.\r\nMaintain documentation for system architecture, data flows, BI governance, and analytic standards.\r\nExperience and Education Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).\r\n5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, or similar roles.\r\nExperience working in manufacturing, logistics, or enterprise environments supporting ERP, WMS, TMS, or operational systems.\r\nProven experience developing and maintaining enterprise BI platforms with 50+ active users.\r\nHands on experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, and cloud based data architectures.\r\nStrong background in SQL development and optimization.\r\nTechnical Expertise: BI Tools: Power BI, Tableau, Looker\r\nData Platforms: Snowflake, Azure SQL, DBT, SSMS, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS\r\nETL/Orchestration: DBT, Dagster, SSIS, Azure pipelines, or similar tools\r\nProgramming/Scripting: Python, C#, VBA, JSON, XML\r\nIntegrations: API, EDI, SFTP, Fivetran, Digibee, Snowflake connectors\r\nData Architecture: Medallion architecture, star schema modeling, BI platform administration\r\nTools: Jira, Confluence, Wrike, SharePoint, Visio\r\nSoft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner with users at all levels of the organization.\r\nStrong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data quality.\r\nAbility to work independently while supporting cross-functional teams.\r\nCapable of managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.\r\nDocumentation-focused, process-oriented, and improvement-driven.\r\nPreferred Qualifications: Experience supporting ERP systems in manufacturing.\r\nExperience leading BI initiatives or mentoring junior analysts.\r\nFamiliarity with AI enhanced analytics platforms or automation frameworks.\r\nWhat does Qarbon Aerospace have to offer?
