As a Civil Engineer | Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in growing our land development practice, leading complex projects, mentoring teammates, and developing lasting client relationships in multiple states. This is an opportunity to work on exciting projects and to be part of a fast-growing land development team.\n\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\n\nDemonstrate Windsor’s core values: The Right Attitude, Ownership, and Constant Improvement.\n\nDrive project success as both Lead Engineer and Project Manager, overseeing multiple land development projects in our key markets while ensuring quality deliverables within scope, schedule, and budget.\n\nServe as Engineer of Record, developing creative site design solutions and leading technical analyses using advanced tools.\n\nWork independently and with a team to drive project deliverables as both a project design Lead and Project Manager.\n\nAssist with project plans and specifications, preparing cost and quantity take-off Lead the preparation of comprehensive site development construction documents, technical reports, and permitting documents.\n\nWork closely with clients and other stakeholders to represent Windsor positively and grow strong long-term relationships.\n\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with team members and those we collaborate with outside of the company (including clients)\n\nCollaborate with and explain complex design options to a diverse stakeholder group.\n\nAssist with estimating and proposal efforts for new project opportunities.\n\nEffectively plan and manage multiple projects and deadlines and complete deliverables on time and on budget.\n\nMentor/train junior team members\n\nBe responsible for quality control and following Windsor’s Quality Management Plan (QMP)\n\nDevelop and apply knowledge of engineering systems, codes, and other disciplines.\n\nCoordinate with other disciplines including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.\n\nComplete site visits as needed.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\n\nBachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a similar degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent work experience\n\nProfessional Engineer (PE) licensure in either WA, MT, or MN or ability to obtain it within 6 months\n\nProven experience in project management and technical review across multiple civil disciplines\n\nDemonstrated experience implementing comprehensive QA/QC processes\n\n7-15 years' of progressive experience in site design, including:\n\nAdvanced proficiency in stormwater modeling software (WWHM, MGS Flood, HydroCAD or similar)\n\nExtensive experience Civil 3D for modeling and design\n\nStrong understanding of land use and final site design permitting processes in WA, MT, and/or MN.\n\nProficiency in MS Office suite\n\nStrong written, verbal and technical communications skills\n\nValid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits\n\nBENEFITS\n\nSelf-Managed PTO: Take a minimum of 2 weeks, the rest is up to you.\n\nPaid Parental Leave: Because family always comes first.\n\nMultiple healthcare plan options- with $0 premium options for employees and families offered dependent on plan.\n\n$0 Vision, and Dental Premiums for employees AND families: We want you and your family to be happy and healthy.\n\n401k Company Match\n\nWork-from-home Flexibility: Because life is flexible – we should be too.\n\nComprehensive Employee Development: Training paths & programs, coaching and support.
