You'll be running\r\nreal experiments on real product — not shadowing them — while working alongside a senior formulation team that's\r\ninvested in developing junior engineers. It's a role built for someone who wants to learn formulation and process\r\ndevelopment fast, with a clear runway to grow into more ownership as you build expertise.\r\nWHAT YOU'LL WORK ON\r\n? Support formulation development and optimization studies for microarray patch formulations\r\n? Execute experiments per established protocols, including preparing formulations and running characterization assays\r\n? Perform in-process and analytical testing to support process development and manufacturing\r\n? Maintain accurate, detailed documentation of experiments and results, following Good Documentation Practices\r\n? Assist in authoring and reviewing protocols, reports, and SOPs under guidance from senior team members\r\n? Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis for formulation or process issues\r\n? Collaborate with Formulation, Analytical, and Manufacturing teams to support tech transfer and scale-up activities\r\nWHAT YOU BRING\r\n? BS in Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related discipline; 0–2 years of relevant experience\r\n(internship, co-op, or academic research experience welcomed)\r\n? Exposure to formulation science, drug delivery, or polymer science is a plus\r\n? Strong laboratory fundamentals and attention to detail\r\n? Clear written and verbal communication skills\r\n?
