We directly partner with clients to ensure efficient and effective solutions without intermediaries.Role DescriptionSnaptron is seeking a highly skilled Applications Engineer for a full-time, on-site role at our Windsor, CO location. The Applications Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, developing and testing solutions, collaborating with engineering teams, and ensuring the proper implementation of Snaptron's tactile dome products in customer applications. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their unique needs and delivering innovative solutions within required timelines. Additionally, you will support technical documentation and engage in hands-on problem-solving.QualificationsExperience in providing Technical Support, troubleshooting issues, and assisting customers with technical inquiriesProficiency in Engineering concepts, systems, and toolsProven problem-solving ability and excellent communication skills to work effectively in a team and with external clientsBachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; equivalent experience consideredExperience in electronics or manufacturing industries is a plus, but not requiredDemonstrated analytical and system troubleshooting skillsAbility to present moderate to highly technical materials to diverse audiencesStrong verbal and written communication skillsEffective interpersonal skillsUS passport required for international travelCompensation & Benefits:Hiring salary range TBD depending on education and experienceMedical, dental, vision, accident, and additional insurance options available after 30 days.Company 401k retirement plan with matching after 1 yearPaid holidays.
