Conduct rigorous code and design reviews, mentor junior/mid-level developers, and enforce CI/CD deployment best practices (SFDX, Copado, or Jenkins).Governance & Optimization: Proactively identify, prioritize, and mitigate technical debt. Optimize platform performance, manage governor limits for high-volume data transactions, and ensure robust data security models.Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex business requirements from product owners and stakeholders into actionable technical blueprints and solution designs.Required Technical Skills & QualificationsExperience: 10+ years of active experience in IT, with a minimum of 7+ years dedicated exclusively to Salesforce enterprise-level development and architecture.Advanced Coding: Master-level proficiency in Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
