From urgent repairs to preventative maintenance, your work will directly impact the quality of life for the people who live here.Schedule: Monday- Friday, 9AM-5PMWhat You'll Do:Handle daily maintenance requests, work orders, and repairs in occupied and vacant unitsPrepare apartments for new move-ins — including painting, cleaning, and basic repairsPerform preventative maintenance on building systems, appliances, and HVAC (if certified)Respond to emergencies calmly and efficientlyAssist with vendor coordination and ensure timely completion of contracted workKeep maintenance areas organized, safe, and compliant with all safety standardsWork closely with property staff to prioritize and track maintenance needsEnsure all maintenance tasks are documented accurately in the property management systemWhat You Bring to the Table:1+ years of apartment or residential maintenance experienceStrong skills in plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and general repairsExcellent customer serviceHVAC certification is a plus (EPA Universal or Type II preferred)Ability to diagnose issues and complete repairs independentlyGreat time management and attention to detailClear communication and a customer-first attitudeComfortable using maintenance tracking software or mobile work order systemsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; trade school or certifications a plusIf you're looking for a stable role where your skills are valued and your work makes a real impact, we want to hear from you.
