Your efforts will support our growth initiatives and help us build a strong, innovative team.Required Skills:5+ years of recruiting experience, particularly in technical rolesProven success in managing multiple requisitions (10+ at a time)Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HR platforms (specific tools are secondary)Exceptional ability to source, screen, and interview software developers, cloud/device engineers, and IT professionalsExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and prioritize effectivelyNice to Have Skills:Experience recruiting for contract rolesFamiliarity with hybrid work environments or specific regional preferencesExperience with high-volume recruiting during peak periodsPreferred Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)5+ years of experience specializing in technical recruitingOther Requirements:Flexibility to work in a hybrid setting (office locations with remote options)Availability to start immediately and adapt to changing needs during peak periodsThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-moving team and contribute to exciting growth initiatives.
