We are seeking a motivated, organized, and leadership-driven individual to oversee daily optical operations, support staff management, and help maintain an exceptional patient experience across our expanding locations.\n\nThis role is ideal for someone looking to grow long-term within a modern, fast-growing healthcare practice.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n* Oversee daily office and optical operations\n* Manage scheduling, workflow efficiency, and staff coordination\n* Deliver outstanding customer service and patient care\n* Assist with hiring, onboarding, and staff training\n* Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain office professionalism\n* Manage optical sales, inventory, frame ordering, and vendor communication\n* Verify insurance eligibility and perform billing for major plans including VSP, Eyemed, Spectera, IEHP, and medical insurance plans\n* Handle patient concerns and resolve issues professionally\n* Support operational consistency between Redlands and Eastvale offices\n* Collaborate closely with providers to improve clinic efficiency and patient satisfaction\n* Assist with administrative and growth-related projects as the role evolves\n\nQualifications\n\n* Current Licensed Optician certification preferred\n* Prior management or leadership experience in optometry, ophthalmology, or healthcare setting preferred\n* Strong knowledge of optical workflows, insurance billing, and patient service\n* Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills\n* Reliable, professional, and team-oriented\n* Spanish-speaking is a plus\n\nGrowth Opportunity\n\nThis position has significant opportunity for advancement as the practice continues to expand.
