In this role, you'll help turn data into actionable insights, build dashboards, monitor business performance, and partner with stakeholders to drive better business decisions.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nPartner with Marketing, Sales, and Finance teams to analyze business performance and provide data-driven recommendations.\nBuild, maintain, and enhance Tableau dashboards and reporting that help business leaders track key metrics.\nIdentify trends, opportunities, and risks by analyzing large data sets and present findings to stakeholders.\nWork alongside BI and IT teams to integrate new data sources and improve reporting capabilities.\nHelp business partners understand and effectively use key data sources and analytics.\nSupport additional reporting and analytics initiatives as business needs evolve.\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor's degree required.\n5+ years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting.\nProven experience using data to influence business decisions and recommendations.\nStrong analytical skills with experience forecasting business performance.\nAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.\nHands-on experience with Tableau for reporting and data visualization.\nExperience with SQL is highly preferred.
