Warehouse Specialist
About the RoleWe’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to join our growing company by supporting daily operations across shipping, inventory, and logistics. You’ll be a key part of ensuring orders go out accurately, returns are processed efficiently, and inventory stays organized and stocked.If you’re someone who takes pride in staying organized, works well independently but can collaborate effeciently and communicates clearly, this could be a great fit.Key Responsibilities* Pick, pack, and fulfill customer orders with accuracy and efficiency* Process and inspect returns, ensuring proper documentation and restocking* Prepare freight shipments, including pallet building and labeling* Coordinate and ship both small parcel and freight orders* Restock inventory and maintain organized warehouse storage* Communicate with clients and vendors regarding shipments, delays, or issues* Assist with general warehouse upkeep and operational tasks as neededQualifications* Experience in warehouse operations, shipping, or logistics preferred but not required. * Familiarity with order fulfillment and inventory processes preferred, or willingness to learn. * Comfortable preparing freight shipments and working with carriers, or willingness to learn. * Strong attention to detail and organization skills* Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift* Basic computer skills (shipping software, inventory systems, email, slack)* Strong communication skills for client/vendor interactionsNice to Have* Experience with freight carriers (LTL/FTL)* Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)* Experience with inventory management systemsWhat We Offer* Competitive pay based on experience* Quarterly and Performance Based Bonuses* Stable, team-oriented work environment* Opportunity to grow within operations/logistics* Flexibile Time Off *Part time positions also availablePlease feel free to call or email about the position directly as we are urgently hiring.
