If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!\nBCaBA Responsibilities:\nDevelop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans for clients, including creating and maintaining treatment plans (under clinical direction and oversight of BCBA), monitoring progress through data collection and record maintenance, and conducting assessments.\nProvide clinical supervision to BTs, including performing competency assessments and providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality services.\nDeliver direct services to clients of all ages and abilities, providing optional services that are comprehensive, ethical, and tailored to individual needs.\nCommunicate and coordinate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including clients, parents, staff, outside professionals, and other therapists.\nImplements and monitors caregiver training programs under the supervision of a BCBA to ensure caregivers acquire the skills necessary to support and generalize client behavior goals.\nDemonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills, including self-managing schedules, maintaining accurate client records, preparing concise reports, and working independently within established guidelines.\nCollaborate with a diverse team of professionals in a respectful manner, providing and receiving feedback to enhance skills and knowledge.\nEngage in ongoing professional development, seeking guidance from senior-level staff to stay current with best practices and research in the field.\nPerform other duties as assigned, including initial assessments, client intakes, and special projects.\nMinimum billable hours: 25 hours per week\nBCaBA Pay Ranges Based on Experience & Education:\nBase pay of $50,000–$65,000/year\nBCaBA Benefits:\n401(k) matching\nHealth/Dental/Vision\nFlexible schedule\n120 hours PTO\nProfessional development assistance\nReferral program\nTuition discount\nMileage reimbursement\nStaff appreciation events\nRequirements:\nBCBA Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree\nValid BCaBA certification in good standing with the relevant state.\nValid LABA certification and licensure\nMinimum 2 years of experience working with individuals with special needs across various age groups (children, adolescents, and adults).\nEligibility to participate in all private and federally funded insurance programs.\nReliable transportation and willingness to travel.\nPass a national background check.\nCredentialed with Medicaid. (Preferred)\nCertification in PCM, Safety Care, or CPI. (Preferred)\nCPR and BLS certification.
