Responsibilities\nSafely load and unload shipments using forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment while adhering to OSHA standards\nOperate RF scanners and warehouse management systems to accurately pick, pack, and process orders\nManage order picking tasks efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for shipping and receiving operations\nLoad and unload materials from trucks or containers, utilizing cranes or other heavy machinery as needed\nMaintain a clean and organized warehouse environment by properly storing materials on pallets or shelves\nConduct regular inspections of equipment such as forklifts and cranes to ensure safe operation\nAssist in inventory control by conducting cycle counts and verifying stock levels using warehouse systems\nQualifications\nProven experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or related roles with a strong understanding of warehouse operations\nHands-on experience operating heavy equipment including forklifts, clamp trucks, cranes, and pallet jacks\nKnowledge of OSHA safety regulations related to warehouse activities and heavy equipment operation\nMechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues\nFamiliarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for order processing\nAbility to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift\nPrior experience in construction or materials handling is a plus but not required\nJoin our team as a Material Handler if you are eager to work in an energetic environment where your skills make a real impact!
