This position is ideal for candidates with an electrical engineering background who enjoy working with schematics, drawings, and manufacturing systems. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply, as the organization has a proven track record of developing early-career engineers into high-performing technical professionals.\nResponsibilities\nCreate and maintain production work orders and Bills of Material (BOMs).\nDevelop and manage product configurations.\nWork closely with schematics, drawings, and manufacturing systems.\nSupport the engineering team in various technical tasks.\nEssential Skills\nAbility to read schematics.\nExperience with CAD software.\nBasic programming aptitude.\nbackground in electrical engineering.\nExperience or strong exposure to BOM management.\nEngineering degree or associate degree.\nAdditional Skills & Qualifications\nFamiliarity with SAP or other ERP systems.\nExposure to configuration logic, programming, or automated engineering systems.\nExperience within an industrial manufacturing environment.\nKnowledge of both electrical and mechanical systems is a plus.\nWork Environment\nCollaborative engineering team with approximately seven team members. Standard first-shift schedule, typically ending around 4:00 PM. Primarily office-based engineering support role with limited domestic travel required.
