This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a fast-paced environment where your skills directly contribute to delivering innovative products to our customers.\nResponsibilities\nAssemble electronic components using surface mount technology (SMT) and through-hole techniques, ensuring adherence to IPC 610 standards for quality and reliability.\nOperate and troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to support automated manufacturing processes.\nRead and interpret schematics, electrical wiring diagrams, and technical drawings to accurately assemble and troubleshoot products.\nConduct soldering using various methods, including hand soldering and machine-assisted techniques, maintaining high standards of workmanship.\nUse precision measuring tools such as calipers and ohmmeters to verify component specifications and circuit integrity.\nMaintain detailed documentation of manufacturing activities, inspections, and test results for quality control purposes.\nSupport mechanical assembly tasks, including machining, using power tools and hand tools to prepare parts for final assembly.\nQualifications\nProven experience working with PCB (printed circuit board) assembly, soldering, and surface mount technology (SMT).\nStrong electrical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams accurately.\nFamiliarity with IPC 610 standards for electronic assembly and inspection.\nHands-on experience with mechanical tools such as calipers, power tools, hand tools, and machining equipment.\nBasic understanding of electrical testing equipment like ohmmeters and multimeters.\nAbility to interpret technical drawings and schematics for both electrical and mechanical components.\nMechanical aptitude combined with electrical experience is highly desirable for troubleshooting complex assemblies.
