Anthonys is proud of its continuing commitment to quality and value, which has made it the place for fresh Northwest seafood throughout the Pacific Northwest.\n\nBusser/Server Assistant Job Duties:\nCommunicates with, and assists, food servers to maintain high-efficiency service.\nEnsures satisfaction and well-being of all guests.\nMaintains cleanliness and restocks front-of-house areas.\nServes water and provides refills as necessary.\nClears dishes and utensils between courses and replaces dishes and utensils after guests leave.\nMay also assist servers in pouring hot beverages, such as coffee or tea.\n\nOther Job Requirements\nEducation:\nSome high school is required.\n\nExperience:\nNo previous food service experience required.\n\nQualifications:\nMust be able to speak and understand English. Must be able to organize and successfully multitask.\n\nPhysical:\nMust be able to stand and walk at a fast pace for periods of up to four hours and lift, bend and stoop. Must be able to frequently lift and carry bust tubs, trays and other objects weighing 25 pounds or more.\n\nWage & Benefits Offered\n$20.77 - $20.77 Hourly + Tips\n\nFull time employees maintaining an average of 25 hours a week have an option to enroll in medical insurance and an HSA account while those who maintain 20 hours can choose to enroll in dental, vision, voluntary life, and pet Insurance. Employees are enrolled in the companys 401k plan with an annual discretionary match after one year of employment.
