Company OverviewOur client is a Top 50 ENR-ranked general contractor with a strong national presence specializing in large-scale commercial projects. They are currently expanding their DFW operations and have a major ground-up project underway in Arlington, TX.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to oversee large-scale ground-up commercial projects ranging from $50M–$150M. This individual will play a key role in taking lead, managing project execution, client coordination, budgeting, scheduling, and overall project delivery.ResponsibilitiesLead the full lifecycle of ground-up commercial and industrial construction projectsManage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationshipsCoordinate with field teams, superintendents, architects, engineers, and ownership groupsEnsure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budgetOversee procurement, change orders, cost tracking, and project reportingDrive communication across internal teams and external stakeholdersSupport overall project strategy and execution on large-scale developmentsQualificationsExperience managing ground-up commercial and/or industrial construction projectsProven experience on projects ranging from $50M–$150M+Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and construction operationsAbility to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectivelyExperience with large-scale project delivery for a reputable GC preferredCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary (dependent on experience and project background)Bonus potentialComprehensive benefits packageOpportunity to work with a nationally recognized ENR-ranked contractor on high-profile Texas projects
