Adheres to and enforces the general safety plan.\nPlans and organizes work assignments, completes reports and paperwork as assigned.\nTrains and coaches new and existing associates, monitors individual and team productivity.\nMay be required to do other duties as requested by supervisor.\nEnsures work is performed at a quality level consistent with Transcraft and Wabash National standard practice. Good attendance is critical. Must be willing and able to work overtime.\nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nMay be required to assist supervisor with job assignments, attendance tracking, conducting meetings, controlling inventory, completing inspections, etc.\n\nIII. QUALIFICATIONS\n\nMust have good written and verbal communication skills.\nMust have ability to exercise independent judgment.\nHigh School degree or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred for this position.\nDemonstrated good people skills required. Must be a team player.\nDemonstrated leadership skills.\nMust possess general working knowledge of department tools, techniques and processes.\nMust have ability to learn and run required computer applications. Must possess required math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.\nMust have ability to understand and apply engineering specifications, Change Orders, Production Orders and Standard Operating Procedures.
