Method Flow is looking for an individual who has the desire to perform quality work in a safe manner, who is detail-oriented, and who has superior customer focus. This individual must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.\r\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\r\nMust meet deadlines while working safely to ensure a quality product.\r\nMust be able to install automation devices on oil field equipment including pressure transmitters, level gauges, pneumatic valve controllers (Solenoids), gas/oil/water meters, and ESD buttons.\r\nSkilled at the installation of steel piping stacks, gauges, and conduit fittings with the ability to cut and mount Unistrut. Pull wire, zip-tie piping, place and fasten in cable tray, dig trenches, and run wire as needed. Terminate wire into devices and junction boxes.\r\nFollow directions and ask questions, as necessary. Keep in constant communication with the Automation Lead and advise of any issues that need to be addressed.\r\nSafely drive to customer locations and safely perform the required work.\r\nResponsible for the accuracy of service tickets and timely submission.\r\nPromote a positive working environment to achieve the organization's goals.\r\nAll employees who support partner companies are expected to follow the safety and employee conduct policies of the partner company which includes on-call obligations.\r\nMust follow training and company procedures.\r\nMust be a leader who represents the organization with the ability to be a liaison to our customers, adhere to company standards, and resolve issues with urgency and professionalism.\r\nMust follow good housekeeping practices.\r\nMust comply with Roeslein & Method Flow Products' core values for the safe and efficient operation of the business and the commitment to maintain respectful relationships with all employees.\r\nPerforms all work in compliance with company standards, does not deviate from policies and procedures, and adheres to regulatory requirements.\r\nSafety is essential at Method Flow Products and all safety training classes must be completed with a 100% pass rate.\r\nRequires effective time management skills, personal conduct, and change management abilities.\r\nAbility to effectively interact with co-workers, clients, vendors, and other business contacts.\r\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\r\nKnowledge / Skill / Ability / Education / Experience\r\nA high school diploma or G.E.D. is preferred but not required.\r\nMust have a valid driver's license and clean driving record and be 21 years of age to drive a company truck.\r\nMust have one to two years of experience in the automation field.\r\nProficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.\r\nExperience with different hand/power tools (e.g., screwdrivers, wire strippers, wrenches, drills, impact drivers, shovels, pick ax, etc.).\r\nExcellent communication skills, both oral and written, are required.\r\nExceptional attention to detail and accuracy is required with a solid work ethic.\r\nExcellent organization and planning skills.\r\nAbility to work flexible hours including overtime.\r\nMust adhere to the Company's attendance policy.\r\nWork Environment\r\nWork is performed in an uncontrolled atmosphere. Exposure to harsh conditions—such as dust, fumes, chemicals, hazardous materials, noise, and varying weather and temperatures—for short periods is possible. All employees are required to follow safety standards and wear all personal protective equipment in designated areas.\r\nPhysical Demands\r\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to walk, stand, use hands and fingers, grip, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk and hear. The ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs. regularly is required.
