Ideal candidates will possess deep expertise in Azure infrastructure, the Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF), and Microsoft cloud services, with the ability to design, deploy, secure, and sustain core Azure environments throughout their lifecycle.\nRole and Responsibilities:\nDesign, deploy, and sustain Azure infrastructure aligned with the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF).\nConfigure and manage Azure Management Groups, Subscriptions, and Policies to ensure effective governance and compliance.\nSecurely implement and manage Azure Key Vault for secrets, certificates, and key management.\nManage Azure Storage solutions and implement data protection strategies.\nArchitect and support Networking solutions including Virtual WANs, vNets, and Network Security Groups (NSGs).\nDeploy and manage Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments, including host pools and FSLogix profiles to support enterprise users.\nConfigure and monitor Azure Logging, Monitoring, and Alerts for proactive operations and incident response.\nSupport workload and application migrations into Azure environments.\nEnsure governance, compliance, and alignment with Zero Trust, TIC 3.0, and federal security baselines.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, optimize, and secure Azure operations.\nRequired Qualifications:\nAn active TS/SCI with polygraph.\nMinimum of five (5) years of Tier II or three (3) years of Tier III Azure infrastructure support.\nProven ability to design, deploy, and sustain Azure core infrastructure aligned with the Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF).\nExpertise with Azure Management Groups, Key Vault, Storage, Networking (vWANs, vNets, NSGs), Subscriptions, and Policy.\nExperience managing Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments including host pools and FSLogix.\nStrong knowledge of Azure Logging, Monitoring, and Security practices.\nProficiency scripting in PowerShell to automate Azure administration tasks.\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose and resolve issues across Azure environments.\nExcellent communication and documentation skills.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nMicrosoft Azure Administrator, Architect, or Security certifications.\nExperience with Power Platform integration in Azure environments.\nFamiliarity with AOAI embedded features and Copilot capabilities.\nKnowledge of workload/application migrations and hybrid cloud strategies.\nUnderstanding of Microsoft licensing models and subscription management.\n$175,000 - $190,000 a year\nThe above salary range represents a general guideline; however, TrueTandem considers several factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.\n\nIn addition, TrueTandem provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, dental and vision plans, life and disability insurance, company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
