Electrician 1st-2nd Shift Rotation

Job Description PURPOSE OF ACTIVITIESThe purpose of the electrician is to perform general repair, troubleshooting, upgrading and installation of equipment essential to plant operations at the MACtac facility in Scranton, Pennsylvania.Making sure you fit the guidelines as an applicant for this role is essential, please read the below carefully.DESCRIPTIONThe electrician is responsible for the following:Repair and troubleshooting of equipment and machinery as necessary;Upgrade of equipment and machinery to prevent breakdown or improve efficiency;Installation of new equipment or processes within the plant.The electrician's schedule is generated by a supervisor based on work order requests provided by various MACtac departments. Work orders are placed in each individual electrician's mail box prior to and during each shift. Schedules are reserved if a line breakdown occurs.
