Senior Global Accounts Counsel
Serving as the primary legal business partner to strategic and enterprise account sales teams, the full-time Senior Global Accounts Counsel will manage global customer negotiations, draft complex commercial software agreements, and provide legal oversight while working remotely.
Key responsibilitiesLead customer negotiations and deal management for large complex software and services transactions
Collaborate with sales leadership to align business requirements and manage deal pipelines
Provide legal counsel that supports Delinea's business strategy while ensuring compliance and risk managementRequired qualificationsJD from an accredited law school; admitted and in good standing with at least one state bar in the U.S
15+ years of legal experience in business and transactional law in the technology industry, including 10+ years in SaaS and software transactions
Extensive experience leading SaaS and software transaction negotiations to completion
Solid working knowledge of global legal considerations for B2B software licensing and SaaS
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
