Employer will accept a three- or four-year degree and will accept a foreign degree.\r\nQualified applicants must also have demonstrable knowledge, experience, skill and proficiency (gained through education or employment) with the following:\r\n1. ETL\r\n2. OLAP or OLTP\r\n3. Oracle\r\n4. Soap UI\r\n5. XML\r\n6. SOA\r\n7. Java/J2EE or .NET\r\n8. SQL\r\nNo travel; no telecommuting.
